Are there trial versions of Zelmart’s software available?
Some of our products have trial versions, as indicated on the Products page. In terms of software functionality, the trial and standard versions of our products are the same. You can download the trial versions from our software sales partner’s website, Handango. Just click on the Try Now! icon, and you’ll be taken to Handango.
The trial version is good for limited number of uses of each menu.
Upon expiration of the Trial Version, you will not able to open or view any data that you had entered in the Trial Version, but when you purchase a valid license and upgrade to the standard version, you will regain full access to the information you entered in the Trial Version.
How to download a Zelmart’s product?
Our products are sold through our software distribution partner - Handango.
To try the product before buying click 'Try now!' and your download will start. To buy the product click ‘Buy now!’ and you will be taken to the secure Handango’s online store. Follow the on-screen instructions to provide billing and credit card information and your purchase will be complete in moments.
Handango accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express and phone and mail orders. Call Handango at 817-548-2199 and they will take your order or give you mailing instructions.
How to install a Zelmart’s product?
Put your Pocket PC into its cradle, connected to the PC. After downloading the setup file to your desktop PC, simply double click the file and the installation process will begin. Windows will install the program to your device.
How to uninstall?
To properly uninstall a program on your device, use the uninstall feature:
Start > Settings Menu> System Tab> Remove Programs.
This will completely remove the application and all associated files, and will also tidy up the registry.
How to register?
In order to register and unlock a full version you have to purchase from Handango the software product . Once you complete the order, the registration code will be sent to you by email. When you receive the code, please enter it this way:
1. Launch the application on your Pocket PC
2. Tap the 'File' menu
3. Select 'About'
4. Enter your code
5. Press 'OK'
Now you will enjoy a fully registered version.
Can I use the application on another device?
The license is for one user. Please purchase another license and help us keep improving the products.
I have lost my registration key? What do I do?
If you cannot locate the confirmation send us an e-mail, containing your name, e-mail and the product name.

My key does not unlock the software. What should I do?
Please double check that you are entering the registration code exactly as it is delivered in your registration email. Your code must be spelled, spaced, and capitalized exactly as they appear in the email.
Also note that many of Zelmart’s products have similar titles. Registration codes for one product will not work for the others. Please make sure that you are entering your registration code into the correct product.
If you need further assistance registering your product, please send us an email, containing your name, e-mail and the product name and registration code.
How to backup my records?
Please refer to the relevant product page.
Do you have a money back guarantee?
We offer a 30-day, money-back guarantee on all of our products if our they do not work correctly on your system. To request a refund, please contact us within 30 days of your purchase. Please be sure to include your name, order number, e-mail address and description of the problem. You will be asked to delete and destroy all files associated with the product from your system.
Refund requests for data recovery will not be accepted as we cannot guarantee data recovery.
What is your upgrade policy?
Registered users are entitled to free minor upgrades. Major updates must be purchased and will be offered for a highly discounted price for registered users.
A minor update is typically a maintenance release that may include bug fixes some enhancements and small, added features to the software. Minor updates are signified by the changes in the fix number of the version (the second number in the version number).
A major upgrade consists of major enhancements and new features added to the software.
For example, if you purchase Personal Health Tracker 1.0 you will receive all future version 1.x updates for free. When Personal Health Tracker 2.0 is released you would have to purchase an upgrade for a special low price.
Do you offer discounts for multiple quantities?
Yes. We offer discounted licenses for multiple quantities. If you are intending to purchase more then 5 licenses of one and the same product please send us an email to sales@zelmart.com
Will you notify me on major changes or promotions?
Once we release a major update, we will send all registered users of the software and our newsletter subscribers an email, offering them to purchase the upgrade for a discounted price.
Note: If you change you email address since you have purchased the software, please send us an email to sales@zelmart.com with your full name and old email address. We will update you email address so you will get future notices of upgrades.
How do I receive my discount for a promotional product?

As a registered user of Zelmart you will receive discounts for upgrades and during other promotions.
The promo codes are 5 – 10 characters long and should be entered when you purchase the promotional product at Handango. Don't forget to update the cart button.
Zelmart’s discounts are time limited and are not redeemable for cash.
